Student Management

DCAClab provides a powerful Student Management feature, enabling teachers and administrators to enroll students, monitor their progress, and manage their accounts effectively.

How to Manage Students

Step 1: Enroll Students

  1. Navigate to the classroom page by clicking on the Classroom button from the dashboard.
  2. Click on the Manage Students button.
  3. Go to the Add Students tab and copy the unique classroom link using the green Copy button.
  4. Send the copied link to students via email.

Step 2: Student Enrollment

  • Students must:
    1. Create a DCAClab account and sign in.
    2. Click on the classroom link provided in the email to join the classroom.

Viewing Enrolled Students

  1. Select the classroom from the classrooms list.
  2. Go to the Manage Students section.
  3. Click on the Show Students tab to see the list of enrolled students.

Resetting Students’ Passwords

If students need password assistance, teachers or admins can:

  1. Click the Settings icon next to the student’s name in the student list.
  2. Use the Change User Password option in the dialog box.
  3. Enter a new password and share it with the student.

Viewing Students’ Work

Teachers can easily monitor students' circuit designs and activities:

  • Click on a specific circuit to review it.
  • Alternatively, click on a student’s name to view all their submitted circuits in one place.
